If the original Velcro on your Backfriend ever starts to lose the will to live then this is the answer. To extend the life of your Backfriend, we recommend that hinges, hinge locks, and Velcro be replaced as soon as necessary.
The original Velcro is riveted to the backrest and seat base at the factory. For home repair, you must attach the replacement Velcro yourself with a 2-part epoxy adhesive available at hardware and craft stores.
Defects in materials or manufacture which occur within 12 months from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced at the option of MEDesign Ltd., free of charge. Repairs required because of accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse are chargeable. Shipping charges for warranty services are the responsibility of the customer.
