Salli Warranty

Salli Systems / Easydoing Ltd warrants its Premium products against defects in materials or workmanship which arise during the course of regular indoor use, and for normal wear of genuine leather components, as follows:

  • Premium Salli Chairs (Finland)
    • Five (5) years for Salli chair components, including the seat, casters, tilt mechanism, lift, and base.
    • Two (2) years for Salli chair accessories.
    • Extended Warranty: Free additional five (5) years when you register your premium Salli chair on the Salli website upon purchase and complete a feedback questionnaire after 6 months of use.
  • Salli Tables
    • Two (2) years.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Damaging liquids and cleaners.
  • Falling or abrasion.
  • Piercing by sharp objects.
  • Abnormal wear and tear.
  • Animals or any other inappropriate use.
  • Corrosion in humid environments.

The purchaser's sole claim shall be for repair or replacement, at the sole option of Salli Systems / Eaydoing Ltd., of any defective product covered by the warranty.
